We care about numeracy issue in Malaysia.

When we started Doodlecare Resources as a producer of home education materials, our goal was to continue growing and impact more in children education. To better understand the grassroots of school education, I joined the Teach for Malaysia fellowship in 2022-2024. During my time as a TFM fellow and mathematics teacher at a primary school in Perak, I witnessed firsthand the real numeracy challenges faced by students. Many were failing every mathematics test, and there was no systematic intervention program in place to address the issue. With immense support from Teach for Malaysia, I developed a numeracy intervention program called MaxMath, which helped my students improve their numeracy skills. This is just the beginning of our journey.
